If you would like to participate at Here Be Dragons as a Vendor, a Fan Organization, or in our Scheduled Programming, visit our Participation Inquiry form, select the inquiry ticket type(s) you want and fill in the follow-up questions to let us know your interest.
Our “Cave of Vendors” is now full.
You can still apply to join our waitlist in case of a cancellation.
There is no cost to make a Participation Inquiry, but different costs and/or discounts are available to those who attend and participate at the event.
We Need YOU!
WCSFA requires a decent-sized and dedicated volunteer community to help plan, promote, and produce this and other future events. Without it, Here Be Dragons could end up being cancelled, and future events might not be possible.
