lil so&so handmades is a local sewist who makes bags of all shapes and sizes as well as coordinating accessories in their East Vancouver home. Using materials ranging from those rescued by local textile recyclers to those designed by collaborating artists, Chantelle puts a unique spin on useful items such as zipper pouches, dice/tarot bags, book sleeves, toiletry bags, cat toys, lanyard keychains, and more! As part of their zero waste initiative, Chantelle thoughtfully designs products that are both durable and multi-purpose and uses materials creatively in order to minimize waste. Themes you can expect to see at the lil so&so booth include fandoms for adults and kids, BOOKS, queer pride, witchy/goth aesthetic, general nerdery, mental health, and neurodiversity.
